It was in a very quiet location, the staff was very quick with the check in and just a great place for the money...
room is nice
staff is terrible. had to wait long time at check in and had to change room because they gave me one with wet carpet. in total it took an hour to settle down. also the swimming pool water was dirty.
large room, good location, nice staff
2 rooms booked, 1 room smells
Clean , updated , stylish room, my daughter forgot her toothbrush and requested a disposable one, which arrived later than anticipated.. It was delivered w apology and a promise for free Starbucks coffee in the morning! The beds were amazing, slept very well..The breakfast was included w our room, we went to The Bistro, ordered off menu and promptly received a piping hot delicious ham , egg and cheese croissant, fruit smoothie and delicious oatmeal that was full of goodies! It was very apparent that the management has clear goals of customer service and the employees are onboard! Great value for my money, will definitely stay there again!
Food availability poor. needed a good restraunt
Staff was very friendly. We didn't really know the neighborhood, but arriving at the hotel felt safe and the area was quiet.
I appreciated the accommodating staff. Because I was there for a wedding, I was allowed to check in at 1pm instead of 3pm. I was very happy with the friendly customer service at check-in and with how quick and easy my check-in was. Was also very happy with the cleanliness and comforts of my hotel room.
The bed was like a cocoon & I wis I had spent more time in it, could not get my 15yr old son up 1 day. Clean, Luvd the decoration of the room, the couch, the tables by the bed. Even took pix to brag, cause all my friends were stayin @ motel 6. The staff was friendly, professional & helpful. I wanta bring my Bo there & not go any where, thatz how much I liked it. Didn't get to enjoy the pool tho. Thanx!
I hav nothing bad to say.
We were woken up by an extremely loud and drunken party at 3:00 am. We called down to the front desk and no answer. Finally, at 4:30 am the loud party went to bed. It made me feel generally unsafe. Was I supposed to call the police? They should have a 24-hour desk.
The rooms were renovated a few years ago and are nice.
The beds are rock hard. I got increasingly sore on the side of my body and by the second day, could barely walk. Getting in and out of our car was horrible. Also, you have to pay for parking. This isn't Vegas or New York. There was a cart sitting in the hallway with various glasses on it each night when we got back. One night, there was a laundry cart sitting in the hallway at 8:30.
Location has been great for me as I needed to stay close to UC Davis Medical Center.
The rooms were so so.
We had no hot water in our room. The manager came to our room and confirmed that there was no hot water and offered us another room. The noise level was unacceptable-conversations from the room next door could be heard as if coming from within our own room. There was an $ 8 charge for parking for hotel guests. No complimentary breakfast is offered. I would never stay here again !!!!!
Location was fine for me since I needed to be close to UC Davis medical center. Rooms were clean and hotel all over nice.
Room service didn't swing by before late afternoon. Had a plumbing issue in the bathroom. Whole ground was flooded but could not reach anyone at the front desk or room service. When I ran down to the reception, the lady was looking bored like hell obviously she overslept my 6 !!!! calls. In addition, the Starbucks in the lobby needs 10 min for a cappuccino. Therefore, service more than poor.
It was new years eve. We didn't plan on having the kids when we made the reservation. But as it turned out we did and they had enough room to color and pain and keep them selves entertained while mommy and daddy relaxed in the tub.
Large, clean comfortable modern room. Nice pool. Friendly staff.
Queuing for breakfast like you're at a fast food joint (with a 10 minute wait - hardly fast), then getting your coffee in a paper cup left on the counter. This level of service drags down an otherwise nice place. Location described as "Midtown" but town map shows it just outside midtown. Cab fare downtown around $20.
